Воспроизводимость и согласованность нового аппарата оптической когерентной томографии переднего отрезка с эталонными устройствами при нормальных глазах, кератоконусе и после рефракционных операций
Repeatability and agreement of a new anterior segment optical coherence tomography with standard devices in normal, keratoconus, and post-refractive eyes.
Imaging of the anterior segment has greatly improved in recent years with the introduction of newer diagnostics and evolution of older ones. Next-generation imaging tools, such as those with integrated multiple functions, can replace stand-alone devices.[1,2] Optical coherence tomography (OCT), initially developed for posterior segment imaging, is now commonly used for anterior segment analysis. Many functionalities are being integrated into OCT devices.[1,2] Whether in normal eyes, keratoconus (KC) eyes, or post-refractive eyes, the repeatability and reproducibility of measurements and how these parameters can vary in these eyes are essential. In eyes such as those with KC, devices that evaluate keratometry and pachymetry need to be accurate and repeatable to diagnose and study progression of the disease and to plan visual rehabilitation.[3]
