Корреляция сопоставления границы трансплантата и реципиента и толщины эпителия с послеоперационным астигматизмом после трансплантации роговицы
Correlation of graft-host junction alignment and epithelial thickness with postoperative astigmatism following corneal transplantation.
Corneal transplantation remains a key intervention for managing a variety of corneal disorders, including keratoconus. Among the most frequently performed procedures are penetrating keratoplasty (PK) and deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK), both of which can yield favorable visual results. However, residual or induced postoperative astigmatism continues to be a major obstacle to optimal visual recovery. Historically, the primary benchmark for graft success was corneal clarity, but modern expectations emphasize achieving high-quality visual acuity with minimal refractive error.[1,2]
