Combined corneal biomechanical and tomographical indices in subclinical and forme fruste keratoconus.

In this prospective, observational study, the combined analysis of the diagnostic ability of the strongest parameters of Pentacam, Corvis ST, and Sirius is determined for the early identification of subclinical and forme fruste keratoconus. The significant parameters from each machine are correlated among each other. The possibility of developing a biomechanical parameter-based staging classification for early KC diagnosis in combination with tomographic indices is explored.
