Острый стерильный кератолиз после глубокой передней ламеллярной кератопластики у пациента с кератоконусом: описание клинического случая
Acute Sterile Keratolysis After Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty in a Patient With Keratoconus: A Case Report.
Keratoconus is a noninflammatory progressive corneal thinning leading to visual compromise.1 One of treatment modalities for keratoconus is deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK).2 The access to corneal transplantation is limited worldwide.3 However, a recent advancement using gamma irradiation has resulted in providing corneal transplant tissue for long-term preservation. Gamma irradiation terminally sterilizes the tissue and decellularizes the stromal collagen matrix to provide corneal tissue with reduced allogenicity and a shelf life of up to 2 years at room temperature.
